Product Introduction
During cell and tissue lysis, large amounts of endogenous protein phosphatases are released. These enzymes catalyze the dephosphorylation of phosphorylated proteins, leading to abnormal protein phosphorylation status that deviates from the normal physiological level. Therefore, when performing experiments involving phosphorylated protein detection and protein kinase activity assays after sample lysis, such as Western blotting and co-immunoprecipitation, exogenous protein phosphatase inhibitors must be added to effectively block protein dephosphorylation and maintain the inherent phosphorylation state of proteins in samples.
This product is a blended reagent containing four types of phosphatase inhibitors. It can potently inhibit serine/threonine phosphatases, protein tyrosine phosphatases, as well as acid and alkaline phosphatases. With a broad spectrum of inhibition, it is suitable for various relevant experiments, including phosphorylated protein detection via Western blot, verification of phosphorylated proteins in co-immunoprecipitation, and protein kinase activity assays.

Instructions for Use
- Product Thawing: Thaw the product at 4 °C or room temperature.
- Dilution: Add this product to the target solution at a volume ratio of 1:50 and mix well. For example, add 20 μL of this product to 1 mL of cell lysis buffer.
