Tissue specificity：Predominantly expressed in the intestine, including proximal and distal colon, cecum, ileum, jejunum and duodenum (at protein level) (PubMed:26411641, PubMed:28636595). In ileum epithelial cells, up-regulated in the first 12 hours following rotavirus infection.
