Developmental stage：Expressed at 10.5 dpc at diverse locations including the embryonic forebrain, otic vesicle, branchial arches, primitive gut, and genitourinary system. Transient expression in the ventral neural tube at 12.5 dpc. By 14.5 dpc, strong expression throughout the gastrointestinal tract was observed in the luminal tissues of the esophagus, stomach, duodenum, and intestines, as well as transient expression in the skin.
