Developmental stage：Isoform 2 is not detected in proliferating myoblasts, but it appears immediately after myoblast fusion and its amount continues to rise during myotube growth and maturation reaching its highest level at day 9 through day 10, when mature differentiated myotubes appear in cell culture.
