The EnkiLife Fluor 532 Labeling Kit contains multiple components for labeling antibody proteins, such as high-performance fluorescent dye, purification ultrafiltration tubes, elution labeling buffer, and labeled protein storage solution. It enables easy and reliable labeling of antibodies, proteins, and other molecules for use as fluorescent probes.
The yellow-green fluorescent Fluor532 dye is often used alongside Fluor568, Fluor594, and other fluorophores for multicolor fluorescence imaging in tissue samples. Fluor532-labeled actin (as opposed to equivalent tetramethylrhodamine conjugates) has been reported as crucial for studying the polarity of individual filaments during actin bundle formation using Total Internal Reflection Fluorescence (TIRF) microscopy.
