At 17.5 dpc, predominant expression in heart and lung. At that stage, also expressed in brain, cochlea, tongue, cartilage, lung, liver and vertebrae. During hemangioblast differentiation, transiently expressed in hemogenic endothelium cells and down-regulated in nascent blood precursors.
