In the developing skeleton, expressed in the perichondria of the neural arch of developing vertebrae at 14.5 dpc and 16.5 dpc. At 14.5 dpc, also expressed in perichondria of developing ribs. At 14.5 dpc and 16.5 dpc, detected in dorsal root ganglia and neural tube. In developing skin, expression is detected in the most suprabasal layers at 16.5 dpc.
